WHAT WE OFFER

STATE OF HOME REPORT

During the initial consultation, we will determine the schedule for visiting your home. After each visit, we will provide a detailed status report of the interior and exterior of your home.

SEASONAL SERVICES

We will close your home to personal specifications, and open it to prepare for your return. This includes the storing and staging of outdoor furnishings, management of seasonal greenery for containers, etc.

CONCIERGE SERVICES

Returning for a holiday, birthday, or the weekend? We will ensure your home is stocked, comfortable, and ready for your return. We will also provide additional closing services for the brief trip back home.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Are you able to address minor maintenance issues while I’m gone?
Yes. We have a team available for most immediate home maintenance needs. We are not licensed builders, but if an immediate, structural need arises, we are happy to coordinate a solution with your preferred contractor, or enlist one of The FAVORED Home local partners.
How often will you visit my home, and what is checked??
Our preferred process for Status Reports is a weekly visit to your home. That visit will include an exterior review of all access points into the home, an interior review of all rooms and levels, and special attention to kitchens, bathrooms, and basement. We will customize our visits to fit your home’s specific needs.
What other concierge and hospitality services do you offer?
Like any good concierge, we desire to cater to the specific needs of each client. From pantry, refrigerator, and wine cabinet inventory, to extra bedroom preparations, your home will be ready for you to relax, or entertain. We can decorate for a festive gathering, and also make the glitter and ribbon disappear after you’re gone.

Welcome. The FAVORED Home is the culmination of 28 years of residential and commercial construction, and property management experience. My years in construction, along with years of design and hospitality experience, have woven together to become The FAVORED Home. A concierge, residential, property management experience for Holland and the Lakeshore. The Holland area is my home. Wife, Mom, Maimee, and Friend are my favorite "job" titles. Both my career and leisure time have long been spent helping others with the place that provides joy, comfort, and peace. Home.
