COMMON QUESTIONS

Are you able to address minor maintenance issues while I’m gone?
Yes. We have a team available for most immediate home maintenance needs. We are not licensed builders, but if an immediate need arises, we are happy to coordinate a solution with your preferred contractor, or enlist a known contractor for assistance.
How often will you visit my home, and what is checked??
Our preferred process for Status Reports is a weekly visit to your home. That visit will include an exterior review of all access points into the home, an interior review of all rooms and levels, and special attention to kitchens, bathrooms, and basement. We will customize our visits to fit your home’s specific needs.
What other concierge and hospitality services do you offer?
Like any good concierge, we desire to cater to the specific needs of each client. From pantry, refrigerator, and wine cabinet inventory, to extra bedroom preparations, your home will be ready for you to relax, or entertain. We can decorate for a festive gathering, and also make the glitter and ribbon disappear after you’re gone.
